At this private residence, Blyx installed powered operators at two entrances and coordinated fingerprint entry, wireless activation, and remote visitor access around the resident’s daily use.

Can an automatic opener be added to an existing door?

Sometimes. The door, frame, hinges, lock, available power, and surrounding space must be evaluated before a compatible approach can be confirmed.

What entry methods are available?

Depending on the selected system, options can include buttons, key fobs, PIN codes, RFID cards, supported fingerprint readers, and remote operation.

Can access control and an automatic opener work together?

Yes, when the door hardware and selected systems are compatible. The sequence can authorize entry, unlock the door, and then activate the opener.

Can I open the door remotely for a visitor?

Supported systems can provide remote operation. We define who should have that ability and test it during handoff.

What happens during a power or internet interruption?

That depends on the operator, locking hardware, backup options, and control method. We explain the expected behavior and safe means of entry and exit during design.
